Disclosures
Effective September 3, 2026
Capital Voices produces paid marketing content for public companies. These disclosures explain the relationship, how the content is made, and what viewers should understand before relying on it.
1. Sponsored marketing
Capital Voices is compensated by the companies for which it creates or distributes content. That commercial relationship is a material connection and a potential conflict of interest. Campaign content should clearly identify that it is sponsored or paid content and identify the sponsoring company.
2. AI-generated presenters
Capital Voices presenters are fictional, AI-generated characters owned or controlled by Capital Voices. They do not depict real employees, analysts, advisers, investors, customers, or members of the public. The use of AI-generated presenters should be disclosed in the content itself.
3. Sources and issuer approval
Campaign scripts are developed from information the sponsoring company has made public or has approved for publication. The sponsoring company reviews and approves scripts before publication. Capital Voices does not independently audit or verify every statement supplied or approved by a sponsor.
Viewers should consult the issuer’s official regulatory filings, news releases, financial statements, risk factors, and other primary disclosure for complete and current information.
4. No recommendation or advice
Capital Voices content is not investment research and is not investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice. It is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, and it is not an offer or solicitation. References to a company, project, market, or security do not imply that an investment is suitable for any person.
5. Risk and forward-looking information
Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal. Public-company information may include plans, targets, projections, expectations, or other forward-looking information that is uncertain and may not occur. Past performance, operational milestones, audience reach, or campaign metrics do not predict investment results.
6. Content controls
Our standard process is to require sponsor approval of each script, avoid buy-or-sell language and valuation or return claims, distinguish organic from paid distribution in reporting, and include sponsorship and AI disclosures in published content. Campaign-specific facts, risks, compensation, interests, or regulatory requirements may require additional disclosure.
7. Corrections and questions
If you believe Capital Voices content is inaccurate, missing a material disclosure, or being presented without appropriate context, contact hello@capitalvoices.media and include a link or description of the content.
8. Regulatory resources
For general information about financial content and social-media investing, consult the Canadian Securities Administrators’ investor resources. For guidance on clear disclosure of paid relationships, consult the Competition Bureau of Canada’s deceptive-marketing resources.
