Brand Guidelines
Effective September 3, 2026
These guidelines explain how third parties may refer to Capital Voices without creating confusion about endorsement, ownership, or affiliation.
1. Our name
Write the company name as “Capital Voices,” with both words capitalized and separated by a space. Do not abbreviate, translate, pluralize, or alter the name in a way that suggests a different company or product.
2. Permitted references
You may use the Capital Voices name in plain text to identify us accurately, link to our website, report news, or describe an authorized business relationship. The reference must be truthful, proportionate, and no more prominent than necessary.
Clients may identify Capital Voices as a production or distribution partner only for work we have actually performed and only while accurately describing the relationship.
3. Permission required
Written permission is required before using a Capital Voices logo, character, video, graphic, campaign asset, or other visual brand element outside material we supplied for that specific use. Request approved assets and usage permission at hello@capitalvoices.media.
4. Do not create confusion
- Do not imply that Capital Voices endorses a company, security, product, opinion, or investment decision unless we have expressly agreed in writing.
- Do not place our name or identity in a way that suggests ownership, certification, sponsorship, or partnership beyond the actual relationship.
- Do not alter, animate, recolour, crop, redraw, or add effects to approved visual assets.
- Do not use our identity in deceptive, unlawful, defamatory, or investment-promotional material that Capital Voices has not approved.
- Do not register domains, social handles, company names, products, or advertising keywords that imitate or misuse the Capital Voices name.
5. Campaign assets
AI-generated characters and campaign assets supplied by Capital Voices may be used only for the approved campaign, channels, term, and territory. Removing sponsorship, AI, risk, or other required disclosures from a supplied asset is not permitted.
6. No licence by implication
These guidelines permit limited factual reference to Capital Voices. They do not transfer ownership or grant any broader trademark, copyright, publicity, character, or other intellectual-property licence. We may ask that a use be corrected or discontinued if it is misleading, outdated, or inconsistent with these guidelines.
